MY THOUGHTS

No football shirt collection is complete without a Fiorentina kit. Whether you’re a fan of the iconic vintage shirts from the ’90s or prefer something more modern, the club’s signature violet jersey is simply unmissable.

This isn’t my first Fiorentina shirt—I previously owned the 2013/14 home kit, which featured the Coppa Italia final detailing. However, ten years later, that has now been replaced with this truly special jersey. Released as a limited-edition fourth shirt, this is the result of a collaboration between Fiorentina, Kappa, and Luisaviaroma, and the outcome is nothing short of spectacular.

The design is stunning, with the classic violet gradually fading into black towards the bottom. It looks even better when paired with the matching shorts, as the transition flows seamlessly between the two. Limited to just 1,926 pieces, I was incredibly lucky to get my hands on one. It wasn’t a cheap purchase, but it’s undoubtedly one of the standout shirts in my collection. To top it off, the presentation box it arrived in is beautifully designed, adding the perfect finishing touch to an already masterful shirt.
