MY THOUGHTS

This is one of two shirts I added to my collection with the help of a fellow football shirt collector who was visiting Peru. Unlike the other shirt, this one includes sponsors, which definitely makes it a more appealing addition to my collection.

The design is inspired by the Tarma Carnival, and it’s absolutely stunning. The intricate pattern is thoughtfully executed, giving the shirt a unique and vibrant character. The subtle gold trims on the cuffs add a touch of elegance, and the Tarma-themed detailing on the back of the neck is a brilliant nod to its cultural inspiration.

I’m gradually building up a solid selection of Peruvian shirts, and this one is undoubtedly one of the highlights so far. A fantastic piece that stands out both for its design and its story.
