MY THOUGHTS

Like with many countries represented in my collection, I never truly expected to own a shirt from New Caledonia. Finding anything from the Pacific Island nations is notoriously difficult, to the point where I had almost given up searching. The rarity alone makes every discovery feel like a small victory. But, as is often the case with collecting, these things tend to appear when you least expect them.

What truly caught me off guard, however, was the price. I managed to grab this shirt for just £11.99 after a discount—an absolute steal. Given how obscure this club is on the global stage, I understand that demand isn't exactly sky-high. Still, as a collector, I would have gladly paid more just for the opportunity to own something so unique.

The design itself is fairly simple, with all the logos screen-printed onto the fabric rather than embroidered. A practical choice, but one that gives the shirt a lightweight, no-frills feel. Givova, as always, delivers a solid product—nothing groundbreaking, but certainly reliable. It’s the kind of shirt that may not turn heads, but for those who appreciate the obscure corners of football culture, it’s a fantastic addition to any collection.
