MY THOUGHTS

It’s not often you come across Swedish club football shirts for sale in the UK, so when this BK Häcken shirt popped up, I knew I had to act fast—and I’m glad I did, because it sold out in no time.

What stood out immediately was the design. Yellow and black vertical stripes aren’t exactly common in the world of football kits, which already gives it a unique edge. It’s a bold look that really works, and it’s great to have something this distinctive in the collection.

I was slightly surprised to find that some of the sponsor logos were screenprinted rather than heat-transferred. I’m not sure why I expected otherwise, but it’s an interesting production choice—perhaps a cost or durability factor.

What really makes this shirt special, though, is simply how rare it is to find Swedish club shirts available outside of Scandinavia. They're not often seen “in the wild,” especially in UK markets, which makes this a particularly satisfying pickup.
