MY THOUGHTS

Calling this shirt "brand new with tags" might be a bit of a stretch. I’ve seen used shirts in better condition than this one. To be fair, Classic Football Shirts did highlight some of the flaws, but I feel they missed a few key issues—most notably, the Kappa logo on the shoulder, which was barely hanging on. Fortunately, with some strong glue and a steady hand, I managed to restore it to its proper place.

Flaws aside, this JEF United 25th anniversary shirt is a pretty cool piece. It’s a throwback to the iconic design worn in 1991, which adds a nice nostalgic touch. It’s a bit of a shame that there’s a large blank area where a player’s number would typically go on the front. Since I don’t personalise my shirts, though, that’s just how it has to be.

As for the fit, I got lucky this time, as buying Japanese football shirts can feel like a bit of a lottery when it comes to sizing. All in all, I’m not disappointed to own this special piece—it’s a great addition to my collection despite its imperfections.
