MY THOUGHTS

Seattle Sounders have always been a club I wanted to include in my collection. Ever since I first saw those iconic Xbox-sponsored shirts, I knew I wanted one. Unfortunately, I never managed to get hold of one of those classics—but instead, I’ve added this brilliantly designed shirt, and I couldn’t be happier.

This shirt is inspired by Bruce Lee, and it features a striking dragon graphic across the front—a powerful, eye-catching design that really sets it apart. There are also a few other subtle flourishes that pay tribute to Bruce Lee’s legacy, all of which come together to make this a thoughtfully crafted and distinctive piece.

It’s the player-spec (authentic) version too, so it includes those finer details and upgraded materials that make it feel that bit more special. Another point of interest is that it features the club’s new crest, introduced for the 2024 season. The Sounders did wear this design the previous year, but of course, it had the older crest then—so this version nicely marks that transition in the club’s identity.

And at just £44.99, it was an absolute bargain for what it represents. I’m really pleased to have added this one to the collection—both for its design and for what it symbolises.
